I found a delicious protein. Protein has animal and vegetable, and animal protein had a bat aftertaste. The protein I found is best of both worlds a hoe protein and a soy protein.

Protein is said to increase the absorption rate with sugar. I decided to mix it with the daily yakult.

美味しいプロテインを見つけた。プロテインには動物性と植物性があって、動物性のタンパク質は後味が苦手だった。私が見つけたプロテインはホエイプロテインと大豆プロテインの両方が入っていていいとこ取りだ。

プロテインは糖分と一緒に摂ると吸収率が高まるそうだ。私は日課のヤクルトと混ぜて飲むことにした。

It was a hot day today , and although it was almost summer, the Japanese nightingale were singing outside.

For dinner, we ate the pizza I gave on Mother's Day.

今日は在宅勤務だった。オンラインミーティングをした。今日は暑い日で、もうすぐ夏なのに外では鶯が鳴いていた。夕飯は私が母の日に贈ったピザを食べた。
